Materials
4 cups of water
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of flour

Directions
Boil 4 cups of water
Dissolve sugar in boiling water
In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of flour and 2 cups of water and whisk together
Scrape sides with a spatula to
Whisk out as many chunks as possible
Add mixture to the remaining water in the saucepan and whisk
Slowly add in the remaining flour while whisking until smooth
Scape edges to ensure the paste is combined
Let cool for 10 minutes, or cool to the touch
Pour mixture into twist top container
Wheatpasting a Poster

Poster
Newsprint is best. Lightweight or thin paper is ideal.
Wide Brush (3 in. or more)
Wheatpaste
Directions
Find a wall to wheatpaste.
Consider your audience when selecting a wall.
Pick a spot and make sure the poster fits the space
Brush a layer of wheatpaste on the wall
Brush an area larger than the poster
Carefully smooth the poster onto wheat-pasted area
Ensure to get out air bubbles
The poster can be lifted and smoothed down.
Move quickly
Brush a second layer of wheat paste to seal the poster.
Be sure to paste the corners and edges well.
